For the third year in a row, the ANA has published a benchmark report on client-side marketing diversity. Diversity discussions are nothing new, even within the advertising and marketing industry.
As the saying goes, “You can’t manage what you can’t measure.” This study reports gender and ethnic representation of the marketing teams at 40 ANA member company organizations.
There is much to do, but “together, we will not relent until we achieve true equality in the advertising and marketing industry.”
